Kohl's American Cup

Another successful jam-packed weekend!

Emerson's soccer team participated in the Kohl's American Cup tournament. They played three games: two on Saturday and one on Sunday. Em's team did an awesome job! She scored a goal each game on Saturday and as Em put it "got smoked" on Sunday! The team they played was comprised of 8 year olds and was a bit beyond their skill level. Em did manage to take one of the girls down (no need to mention that the girl went down crying)!

The girls got a sneek visit from Grandpa and Grandma on Saturday in between soccer games. Jim and Debby were in town to celebrate their anniversary and were able to hang out for a while!

Emerson and Camden enjoyed a play date with Issa and Lilly on Saturday night. Emerson got to spend the night and we picked Camden up just in time for bed! This was Emerson's second sleep over ever! The girls had a blast and of course were lacking in sleep! Nothing a small nap couldn't cure...
