A small girl's dream: a party at Libby Lu's! That dream became a reality for Emerson today as she attended Maddie's birthday party! Two hours of pure girly girl activities: nails, make-up, dress-up, updos, accessories, dancing and so much more! Such a shame that Libby Lu's is going out-of-business!
