An awesome start to my Mother's Day!
Emerson and I ran a 5k together!
It was Emerson's first 5k ever!
She started out strong,
tripped near the halfway mark,
earned some skinned knees that warranted a small amount of walking
and still managed to finish!
We crossed the finish line together with a time of 31:27!
Emerson finished 19th in her age group (female age 1-10) out of 303 finishers!
So proud!
Can't wait to run another with you Em!
