Grandma Debby and Grandpa Jim did some cross-Kansas journeying this weekend! They drove in for a quick, lickity-split visit! They got some play time in and got to pick up their Girl Scout cookies: a two-in-one deal! Oddly enough, I failed in the camera department. No Chinese tourist this weekend. We went to watch Emerson's second basketball game! Stan and Jana joined us court side and helped cheer Em on. We were all quite impressed with the team's abilities! Emerson had several good passes/assists and once again was a good defender! After the game we headed to STIX for some Japanese dining! Ryan nailed the rapid fire of shrimp (5 out of 6) launched from the Japanese chef! All the hibachi diners were applauding him! Funny! It was then back to the house for some old fashioned playing! I think Jim and Debby were exhausted: my girls like to play and could compete with the energizer bunny!
