Today wins the award!
We took a small jaunt to Kremmling for a little whitewater ride in the Upper Colorado River.
We did some rafting on class 1-3 rapids! So crazy!
Emerson got a bloody nose in the middle of the trip (compliments of the higher elevation)!
Emerson and Camden shed a small fountain of tears mid-trip for fear of the rapids!
We had got to share our raft with a nonshoweringswimsuitcladbushexposingunibrowwearingnonstoptalking nice family of five. (So nice in fact that they referred to the kids as their 'cousins' and to Steve as 'Uncle Steve' by the end of the trip!)
After our memorable rafting trip, Shannon, Myles, Logan, Emerson, Ella and I took a small jaunt to McCullough Gulch for a little intermediate hiking!
We drove a very narrowbumpyscarydon'tlookovertheedgeatthestraightdrop 'road' that led us up the mountain to the trailhead!
Emerson wouldn't stop talking about the 'trespassers will be shot' sign! She was terrified!
The scenery was amazing! Completely amazing!
